3 lbs. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 egg
½ cup sugar
½ t. cinnamon
2 ½ T. butter, melted
dash of salt
Topping:
½ cup ritz crackers, crushed
2 ½ T. butter, melted
¼ cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
Bake in 9 or 10 “ pie plate at 350 for 30 minutes.
